NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting is scheduled for May 10, 2022 at 5:30pm to seek community input on an application submitted to the City by Albert Howell of Ash, Inc; General Partner of Tommy Jacobs Bel Air Greens, LP, to convert the Tommy Jacobs Bel Air Greens golf course to single family residential uses. The project site is located at 1001 S El Cielo Rd.

The purpose of this neighborhood outreach meeting is to engage residents, property owners and interested community members to inform the applicant as to what these parties find important in the neighborhood, what they consider compatible with the neighborhood, and what types of land uses they would support to be added to the neighborhood.
On November 15, 2021, an Intent to Convert application was submitted to the Palm Springs Planning Department by Albert Howell of Ash, Inc; General Partner of Tommy Jacobs Bel Air Greens, LP, pursuant to the requirements of Palm Springs Zoning Code Section 93.23.20.
The application proposes to convert part of the golf course to single family residential uses consistent with the R-1-C zone standards.
