- In a strategic partnership to build opportunities to support the Palm Springs Gay Men's Chorus (PSGMC), Bouschet Gourmet Food & Wine will host a fundraising wine tasting event, Friday, February 26 (5:30-7:00p.m.), which will be a combination virtual and in-person experience at 611 South Palm Canyon, Palm Springs in the Sun Center.
- This stellar Bouschet Gourmet Food & Wine event will showcase the expertise of Roth Mendoza, Wine Representative, Browne Family Vineyards and Lisa Wherry, Certified Wine Specialist, Wine Gal Consulting. They’ll provide insight into the wines, how to pair the varietals, while comparing their uniqueness to other wines in the marketplace in their style, how they are blended, and the regions the grapes are grown.
- Tickets for this incredible premium wine tasting event are only $40 per person including Wine Spectator Magazines highly rated varietals: 2017 Browne Chardonnay, Columbia Valley, 2019 Browne Grenache Rose, 2017 Browne "Family Vineyards" Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, 2018 Browne "Bitner Estate" Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley and 2017 Browne "Tribute" Red Bordeaux Blend, Columbia Valley.
- Zoom and in-person attendees will also be treated to a charcuteriesampling of Derby Sage and Derby Port cheese, Manchego Cheese, Genoa Italian Salami, specialty crackers, apricot spread, house made cashews, and olive medley presented by Bouschet Chef Tig of Tig and Company. The tasting package can be picked up at Bouschet Gourmet Food & Wine, 611 South Palm Canyon, Palm Springs prior to the tasting.
