- The third annual "Meet the Blacks" will be held online this year. Lucy and Gail along with Brothers of the Desert, the L-Fund, Your Women's Circle and the PS Women's Jazz Festival are sponsoring this annual event that showcases Black LGBT contributions as part of Black History Month.
- BOD is a co-sponsor and will be represented on the program by Perry Lang, Wes Rankins, Anye Elite and Lorenzo Taylor.
- The virtual show can be seen on Facebook Live on Sunday, February 28 at 1:00 pm. The Palm Springs Black History committee is also conducting a "car-avan" on that afternoon touring through neighborhoods that have played a role in Palm Springs African American history.
