The Mizell Center presents Managing Loneliness in the Pandemic
In this cutting-edge course, Managing Loneliness in the Pandemic, you will learn how to live by Spinoza’s wise advice: “Emotion, which is suffering, ceases to be suffering as soon as we form a clear and precise picture of it.” Together, we will gain a better understanding of loneliness so we suffer less from it.
The Managing Loneliness in the Pandemic course will meet via Zoom on March 12 and 19 and April 2 and 9. All four sessions will take place from 1 – 2 pm PT (California time). Available only to Mizell members, this timely course can help you manage your loneliness until the Mizell Center is allowed to open again. The cost is $85 for the course.
