Good Without God?
Are non-religious people moral? If so, on what do we base our moral code? Philosophers over the centuries have been divided between those who believe humans are basically good and those who believe that they are intrinsically evil. The latter believe that civilization is a thin veneer, that keeps the tendency of humans to be immoral, in check. In this discussion we will view a series of short videos that examine the proposition that the building blocks of human morality are evolutionary adaptions enabling humans to live in groups.
