The Center is providing appointments for HICAP - No Cost Medicare Counseling on fourth Tuesday of each month between 10 am and 2 pm.

HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling & Advocacy Program) offers free Medicare Counseling for pre-Medicare, Medicare & Medicare Disabled Beneficiaries.
