The Palm Springs Friends of Philharmonic, as part of their 2022-23 subscription series, will present the Los Angeles Philharmonic on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at 5:00 PM at the McCallum Theatre. The Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra will be conducted by the Finnish conductor Dalia Statsevska, whose appearance marks the first performance by a female conductor in the Philharmonic’s nearly 50-year history. Randall Goosby will join Stasevska and LA Phil in a performance of the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto in D Major, Op 35.
