Equality Awards Palm Springs

Equality California invites you to a Cocktail Reception & Awards Presentation to be held at the Sonoran Events Center on November 12, 2023 from 3 to 6 pm.

The Co-Chairs this year are the Hon. Lisa Middleton, Jesse Melgar and Jackie Thomas.

As the country’s largest statewide LGBTQ+ civil rights organization, Equality California brings the voices of LGBTQ+ people and allies to institutions of power in California and across the United States, striving to create a world that is healthy, just and fully equal for all LGBTQ+ people. Our Annual Equality Awards are an opportunity to honor inspirational leaders and outstanding allied organizations while renewing our collective commitment in the fight for equality. This festive event is attended by influential leaders of the LGBTQ+ movement; federal, state and local officials; business and labor leaders; celebrities; and members of the medical and legal communities among other notables.

The Equality Awards are hosted annually in Sacramento, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Palm Springs.
