Desert X is an exhibition conceptualized as a self-guided outdoor experience where you determine the start and end point of your journey. You can make a day of it to visit each site or visit as many sites as you choose – it’s all up to you. For Desert X diehards, you may notice some minor changes from one year to another, but never fear, the experience will be just as inspiring and exhilarating! Below is some information that may answer many of your questions while planning your trip. Learn more about Desert X here.

Visiting hours for the installations are usually sunrise to sunset Monday through Sunday, unless otherwise noted.

We encourage you to plan your own self-guided tour of the exhibition. Guided tours for small private and corporate groups are available and require a donation to Desert X. There is limited availability and COVID-19 safety guidelines are enforced. More information on VIP experiences is available here.
