PALS (Planning Ahead for LGBTQ Seniors) presents the seminar Care Management: The Oft Forgotten on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 9:30 am on Zoom.

Who coordinates your medical treatment? Who advocates for your health? Who connects you with social and community resources for continuation of care, i.e. meal prep, assistance getting in and out of bed, medical services, medication management, and more? Many of us have been managing our own care for years, but what if you can’t? Join us to explore care management, the role of assisted living residence, and come away ready to create your care network.
