Join Lydia Vincent, RN, Chest Pain Coordinator, and Sheenah Fernandez, RN, Heart Failure Program Coordinator, for a comprehensive overview of heart disease, hands only CPR and cardiovascular self-care. Nadia and Jamie will also explain COPD, respiratory health, how to manage your medications and why you should have a spirometry test – the most common test of lung and/or pulmonary function which measures the amount of air that a person can blow out of their lungs. Spirometry is an important tool for diagnosing certain respiratory conditions, such as asthma or other lung disorder, and for monitoring lung function changes over time.
