Join Animal Samaritans for our 3rd Annual BARKtober Halloween Pet Costume Contest at The River in Rancho Mirage! Bring your pet, in costume, and enter our Pet Halloween Costume Contest. Donations are greatly appreciated for entry into the contest. First, Second, and third place prizes will be awarded.
