2nd Wave Feminist Art & The Origins of Life

The Palm Springs Art Museum presents 2nd Wave Feminist Art & The Origins of Life in the main museum on December 8, 2022.

Mixed Feelings are Back-to-Back Lectures on Unrelated Topics (That Are Somehow Connected) Two speakers talk about their respective areas of expertise and you get to make the connections during the Q&A.

RECEPTION 5:30 - 6:00 P.M. | PROGRAM 6:00 - 7:30 P.M.

Speakers: Mara Gladstone, Deputy Director and Head of Programs at Desert X, and Timothy Lyons, Distinguished Professor of Biogeochemistry in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at the University of California-Riverside.

The museum is open 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday, Friday and Saturday. On Thursday the museum is open from noon to 8 pm. (Free admission on Thursdays from 5:00-8:00 pm - funded by the City of Palm Springs.)
