Renowned as one of the best restaurants in Palm Desert, our hotel restaurant serves innovative American cuisine. Guests can dine inside, or enjoy our outdoor terrace with fire pits. We also feature an elegant private dining room for up to 60 guests, as well as a smaller venue for up to 20.
From peppers brought to Anaheim in 1900 by Emilio Ortega to artisan cheese Di Stefano Burrata made by the Bruno family in Baldwin Park, California, our hotel’s Rockwood Grill seeks to procure the freshest possible ingredients for each dish, ensuring that our hotel restaurant’s menu is filled with flavorful fare, allowing you delight in unforgettable dining while visiting Palm Desert.
Our fruits and vegetables are sourced from California farms and local purveyors, including Suzie’s Farms, a USDA-certified organic farm just 13 miles south of San Diego.
Our hotel provides gondola rides to and from many of our restaurants, including Rockwood Grill and Blue Star Lounge, via an elaborate system of Venetian-like waterways which run throughout our hotel’s immaculately landscaped grounds.
