Las Casuelas Restaurants have a long and proud heritage rooted in multiple generations of Delgado family cooking. The recipes come originally from Mazatlan, Mexico– a rich, culinary city known for steaming street food and bustling open-air restaurants. As the Delgado family moved north, they brought the recipes with them, eventually opening the Original Las Casuelas restaurant in downtown Palm Springs in 1958.
