Don Cavanaugh opened Blue Coyote Grill 27 years ago, and it has been a favorite gathering place in Palm Springs since! He founded the Blue Coyote Grill based the ideals of great food and drinks, excellent service and that all our guests are family, and they are! His daughters, Kelle & Shayne are carrying on their dad’s amazing legacy along with the help of General Manager, Cesar Moreno, Chef Heriberto Aguilar and an amazing dedicated staff.
