Bios Clinical Research specializes in infectious disease research, with a focus on HIV and PrEP; they are driven to promote health equity and diversity in HIV research.

Their team of advisors and research team have over 30 years of experience in infectious disease and LGBTQ+ care. They are affirming, inclusive, and have trans staff.

Their calling is to make HIV clinical trials accessible to regions with unmet needs. To them, this means establishing research sites in areas with a high incidence of HIV and with diverse populations. They wholeheartedly believe their efforts will encourage health equity and diversity in clinical research, resulting in broader applicability for investigational new agents.

They were inspired to open their first BIOS site in Palm Springs, CA, to expand clinical research options for the Coachella Valley and recognize and respect the many long-term survivors and persons living with HIV (PLHIV) in the region.

They believe that clinical research is a community-based effort and welcome partnerships with local clinics and organizations supporting PLHIV so they can successfully establish research sites in regions that need them most.

They are focused on engaging communities of color and diverse genders, sexualities, races, and nationalities. Contact them for collaboration or to join our network.
