Our Tantric Yoga is for men who prefer to practice yoga without the impediment of clothing. It is appropriate for all levels. It includes postures and movements that “train the mind and change the brain for the better.” It is particularly beneficial for anyone coping with stress-related physical and emotional conditions, such as PTSD, clinical depression, chronic pain, burn-out, fribromyalgia, among others.

It is facilitated by Jaime Carlo-Casellas, Ph.D. a Certified Yoga Instructor, trained in Trauma-Healing Yoga with over 30 years of experience of teaching yoga and mindfulness interventions.
