Welcome to the Great Outdoors Palm Springs (GOPS) Chapter of California Great Outdoors, Inc. Our chapter serves the entire Coachella Valley not just Palm Springs. We are an incorporated, non-profit, all-volunteer organization sponsoring outdoor and social activities predominately for LGBTQA+ people. Our chapter (with over 400 members) is one of five chapters covering most of the Southern California region which has more than 750 members.
Our activities include weekend camping trips, day hiking, backpacking, 4×4 off-road trips, social gatherings, pool parties, game nights and other interesting events.
