Charles moved to the desert in 2014 after teaching Culinary School for 13 years. He is a gourmand, gastronomist, restaurant lover and sometimes a bit of a glutton.
Moving to Palm Springs was one of the best decisions he ever made. He has also recently gone through an incredible weight loss losing over 80 pounds since January 2020.
